February 14th, 2012 in the township building (2100 Krammes Road) to consider the following:

7:00 pm Continuation of Frasier for a Variance under Section (s) 404.H2 (i) to allow the construction of an outbuilding with a height of 24ft where 18ft is permitted, a variance from section 503 to allow the outbuilding to be located 56ft from the front yard setback where 75ft is required, and an Interpretation involving section 209 to allow the construction of a 1,200 sq. ft. outbuilding. Located at 1359 Allentown Rd. TMP# 23-21-055-004 in the RA Zoning District.

7:15 pm          Application of Krevitz for a Special Exception under Section (s) 808 to allow changes from a non-conforming retail shop to a non-conforming offices and warehousing with outside storage of trucks and equipment.

Located at 2385 John Fries Highway TMP# 23-10-175-003 in the RD Zoning District.
